Dear all SABS 2010 Participants, Greetings from Hong Kong! We are pleased to announce a Cultural Exposure event on the afternoon of 16th June 2010. There are three activities available but you may select one only. They are: the Dragon Boat Festival, Che Kung Temple and Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery. More detail could be found in the attachment. If, however, you are interested in all of the events, please mark beside the tick, your priority, “1” being first choice. May you kindly let us know your choice via email to nancy.sabs@gmail.com on or before 1 June 2010. As there is a quota for each activity, this will be arranged on a first come first served basis. However, if there are not enough participants in a group, then we will have to cancel the activity. Thank you very much! Looking forward to see you soon! As we approach the meeting in Hong Kong, we realise that there are some issues we have overlooked. Nancy Tan has written to most of you already and I am wriitng just in case some of you may not have received her email. Kindly note the follwoing: 1. Please register as soon as possible if you have not already done so. The registration form is available on the website: http://sabs-site.com/registration_form.html You need to register even if you have sent in a confirmation form duly filled. 2. Attached is a letter from Archie Lee about an exposure visit that is planned and a form - kindly fill in your preferences and return to nancy.sabs@gmail.com on or before June 1, 2010. 3. I also send the time table for your information. The sessions I, II, III and IV (paper presentations) are in the process of being finalised and details will be sent to you as soon as they are ready. 4. The food in Hong Kong is great.
